  • What's your return policy?
    All sales are final unless special arrangements are made regarding custom orders or commissions. Some items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value on a case-by-case basis (customer will pay any return and exchange shipping charges). JT Glass is not responsible for any breakage, damage or destruction to purchased items once the customer has received deliveries in good standing from the postal carrier.
  • What shipping carrier(s) do you use to send your products?
    We usually ship all orders exclusively through USPS to any address within the continental US, and we can also ship orders abroad through different postal carriers upon request - HOWEVER ... Due to recent COVID-era delays with USPS services, we are now currently offering a competitively-priced UPS alternative in lieu of shipping USPS, until normal and efficient USPS services resume! Please note that the USPS generated shipping amount in your shopping cart will NOT be the exact shipping amount if you choose to ship your order UPS, and although we will do our best to keep it under what USPS would charge - there are some circumstances where this is not feasible. Please bear with us as we adjust and adapt to these uncertain times like every other small business!
  • Do you do special orders for custom color combinations?
    We will do custom color combinations for any orders of 10 or more of the same item. Pricing will often differ slightly from the original retail price of the item, depending on the color selections and material choices. Contact for more info.
  • Do you offer bulk discounts? Veteran's discount?
    Yes, we offer a 10% discount for all United States Veterans, and we also offer bulk discounts for orders of 20 or more of the same item. We also offer seasonal discounts and flash sales through our social media pages ... so become a fan, like us on Facebook and follow us on Instagram for all of our sale updates, product launches, photos/videos and much more !!!
  • When is the last day I can place an order for Christmas Day delivery?
    We can ship your package out to be delivered before Christmas for all orders placed before Tuesday, December 19th, 2023. Due to COVID-era delays with postal carriers, we can never fully guarantee a delivery date, but we will provide you with a tracking # and an estimated delivery date once the package leaves our hands. We do offer local pickup and delivery options, and we can deliver packages locally up until December 24th for Christmas delivery. But don't wait ... inventory is going fast and there are no guarantees that we will have everything you want in stock by then!
  • How much are the glass fish sculptures and how can I order one?
    Thanks for your interest in our glass fish sculptures! We are currently accepting commissions for custom sculptures from any of our clients, and the pricing depends on the size of the sculpture, the species of fish and the level of difficulty for the overall design of the artwork. At this point, the prices can range anywhere from $5,000-10,000, and that includes either a custom forged iron base or optional wall mount hardware and installation. The commission process begins with the artist creating a full color drawing of the fish at 100% scale. Once the client approves the drawing for colors and scale, the actual glasswork will begin on the fins and eyes. After client approval for the actual glass fin and eye colorations, we will proceed to create the glass fish sculpture (all in one session with a skilled team of assistants). A 50% deposit is due before any work on the project begins. After that, the rest + taxes, fees and/ or installation costs will be due upon completion of the project shipment or install. Project due date is a minimum of 6 months from the day of the initial deposit, most custom fish commissions take between 6-12 months. *Please email for more details or to start a dialogue about a custom fish sculpture commission.
