Shipping Policy

  • We usually ship all orders exclusively through USPS to any address within the continental US, and we can also ship orders abroad through different postal carriers upon request - HOWEVER ...

  • Due to recent COVID crisis complications with USPS services, we are now currently offering a competitively-priced UPS alternative in lieu of shipping USPS, until normal and efficient USPS services resume!  Please note that the USPS generated shipping amount in your shopping cart will NOT be the exact shipping amount, and although we will do our best to keep it under what USPS would charge - there are some circumstances where this is not feasible.  Please bear with us as we adjust and adapt to these uncertain times like every other small business!

  • Shipping costs for your order can be calculated directly on this site by proceeding through the checkout process and entering in the shipping information, or you can email info@joshuatracyglass.com and we will generate a quote for you by the end of that business day.

  • Shipping costs often fluctuate and the cost generated by this website may not be 100% accurate, so please allow some flexibility for us to contact you regarding shipping costs before we process your order.

  • We do our very best to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible ... you can expect to have your order within 10 days for most in-stock items, but please let us know if you have any time constraints or special delivery instructions in the order notes section during checkout.

  • All items are insured with the postal carrier for the full retail price of the order.  If you receive a shipment with damaged or destroyed goods, please contact us immediately and we will send out a replacement order and expedite shipping service at no additional cost to the customer. 

  • In the event that the postal carrier takes longer than expected on a guaranteed delivery shipment, we will do everything possible to track, locate, and expedite the delivery of your package, but we cannot take responsibility for delays in transit - keep in mind these situations are out of our control; we will always provide you with a tracking number once the shipment leaves our facility.

  • Gift-wrapping and personalized cards are available upon request for a small fee.  If you are sending a gift, please leave a note on the order at checkout!

Return & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final unless special arrangements are made regarding custom orders or commissions. 

  • Some items can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value on a case-by-case basis (customer will pay any return and exchange shipping charges).

  • JT Glass is not responsible for any breakage, damage or destruction to purchased items once the customer has received deliveries in good standing from the postal carrier.

  • In the event of customer-inflicted damage, or to inquire about the potential for fixing any other damaged glass item, please send an email to info@joshuatracyglass.com with AN ATTACHED PHOTO OF THE REPAIR IN QUESTION.  We will respond promptly to let you know whether a repair is feasible and how much to fix it.
